The CSW 18A Driver can easily approach 1.6” of excursion without mechanical failure and or voice coil breakdown. This Component, the CSW 18A is not available for OEM or the general public to purchase. Manufactured in Brampton, Ontario our facility accommodates magnetizers, driver assembly benches and a self contained stand alone testing area. This 18” transducer is the soul companion of the CSW Black Box.
Engineered specifically for true Sub reproduction the 18A will produce high SPL, Long excursion and a un imaginable transient response. The 18A uses a flat wire copper clad aluminium 3” voice coil, two low “body weight” hemp spiders, a water resistant fibreglass impregnated paper cone and to finish off a custom accordion cloth surround. These high quality Made in North America components, allow the CSW Black Box to outperform all other subwoofer cabinets in the world!!!
